The RotoLift Roto Racking Roller Pallet System is a versatile, extendable flat-top table that accommodates palletized goods within shelving units, providing convenient access to their contents. By implementing the RotoLift Roto Racking Roller System, your staff will no longer need to enter the racking area to retrieve items or climb to reach products. Its retractable design alleviates the challenges of accessing hard-to-reach stock and minimises the risk of musculoskeletal injuries caused by climbing, overreaching, and straining. This product enhances picking efficiency, saves time, and maximises storage space by optimising your current storage environment.
The rollout system can be installed into new and existing racking and any brand of racking, as well as full-beam or double-width.
It comes in a zinc-plated anti-rust finish OR a yellow and black powder coat finish. Units are available with round or square tops. Custom size top is available please enquire for more details.

RotoLift Easi Picker
The Easi Picker range from RotoLift now features a new self-locking system for enhanced safety and ease of use.
This innovative locking mechanism allows the Easi Picker to be securely locked in either the extended or retracted position. When in the retracted (or unextended) position—typically within the racking structure—the unit remains firmly locked in place.
To release the lock, the operator simply attaches the handle and turns it anticlockwise. This unlocks the unit, allowing it to be extended or retracted as needed. The handle stays in a horizontal position until it reaches the next indexed locking point, where it automatically re-engages for secure placement.
The self-locking system is now available across the entire Easi Picker (EP) product range.

RotoLift Spring Pallet Elevator
The RotoLift Spring Pallet Elevator is engineered to maintain a consistent, ergonomic working height in response to the load weight, enhancing safety and efficiency during material handling.
Its rotating top provides full 360-degree access, allowing users to turn the pallet as items are loaded or unloaded. This ensures optimal front-facing access while keeping the load at waist height—reducing the risk of back strain and other musculoskeletal injuries. Spring tension can be easily adjusted based on the pallet load, ensuring smooth and stable operation.
The unit features a heavy-duty tabletop that is fully enclosed with deep, downturned sides. This design not only helps prevent hand and finger injuries but also protects the internal components from dust, debris, and moisture.
Each unit comes equipped with five springs and a spring adjustment tool. Load capacity can be modified in under two minutes by simply adding or removing springs, making it adaptable for various applications. Compact and versatile, the elevator is ideal for confined spaces and can be relocated easily using a pallet jack or forklift via the unit’s base.
The RotoLift Spring Pallet Elevator is available in two standard load capacities: 1500kg and 2000kg.
For environments with strict hygiene or chemical resistance requirements, the RotoLift pallet elevator range is also offered in stainless steel models (1500kg or 2000kg capacity). These versions are ideal for food processing or chemical facilities, offering durability and long-term performance in harsh conditions.
